White tea is one of the least processed teas you can get. The tea leaves are picked from the Camellia sinensis tea plant before the bud has unfurled and then not much else goes into converting these leaves into tea. Minimum processing offers maximum benefits! Another perk of white tea is that it has the least amount of caffeine, making it a better option for caffeine sensitive individuals.
